Banking Institution for HR Department
Overview
The project significantly enhanced the transparency of management activities and the efficiency of HR operations in the banking institution. It also established a system for monitoring the information space surrounding the bank
Challenge
The HR department faced several challenges: An outdated personnel record system based primarily on paper documentation; Lack of employee access to information about the bank's organizational structure, management personal details, and appropriate communication methods; Absence of effective tools for implementing corporate information policies, team cohesion, and monitoring the bank's image in the media and social networks
Solution
The solution involved developing a web portal with features such as employee profiles, status tracking, corporate news, and an information portal. It integrated with the existing personnel record system, included a search and filter function, and minimized paper-based processes with an electronic document management system. Additional features were interactive campaigns for corporate culture, a calendar for events, and a schematic layout of departments
